The Type of Woman I’m Called to Build With

I’m a hormone + MTHFR focused wellness coach helping women support their bodies, lead with integrity, and build something meaningful — without hustle or burnout. I lead the top team in Michigan in my company. I love doing business with women like me, leading their homes in health + wellness and aren’t afraid to put in the work to put money in their families accounts.

There is a very specific kind of woman I feel called to mentor in this season.

She is already leading somewhere.

Maybe she is a nurse showing up day after day caring for patients who are struggling with their health.

Maybe she is a personal trainer or health coach pouring into clients and wishing she had better tools to help them truly feel better.

Maybe she is a mom quietly leading her family toward a healthier lifestyle, researching, learning, and doing her best to make wise choices for the people she loves.

She is not lazy.
She is not unmotivated.
She is not waiting for someone to convince her to work hard.

She already has the work ethic.

What she often lacks is a clear game plan… and a mentor who can look at her and say, “You are capable of so much more than you’re currently tapping into.”

That is the woman who energizes me to build with.

I am not looking for someone who wants a hobby business that fits into the leftover pockets of her day. I am looking for the woman who already knows how to show up, who isn’t afraid of working toward something that once felt out of reach, and who simply needs structure, strategy, and confidence poured into her so she can truly run.

One of the biggest shifts I’ve seen over the years is how many people think this type of business grows by simply posting once a day and hoping the right people show up. And I’ll be honest, that mindset frustrates me.

The women I’m called to build with don’t want surface-level influence. They want genuine connection. They want real relationships. They want to know there is an actual human being on the other side who cares about their story, their goals, and their results.

I know personally that I would never be drawn in by just an idea or a perfectly curated post. I would want to feel emotionally invested. I would want to trust the person leading me. And that is exactly how I lead my own business today.

Over the past year, my leadership has changed in ways I’m deeply grateful for. I’ve been able to see the kind of growth I once hoped for while actually spending less and less time glued to my phone. By following proven systems and leaning into mentorship myself, I’ve grown in areas that were never my natural strengths. Instead of feeling scattered or reactive, I’ve developed a deeper passion for building a business online in a way that keeps my faith and my family as the main priorities.

That matters to me more than any title or rank ever could.

Because the woman I’m called to build with is already juggling a lot of roles. She is a wife, a mom, a professional, a caregiver, a coach, a leader in some capacity. She doesn’t need another thing that pulls her further away from what matters most. She needs a vehicle that actually supports the life she is trying to build.

When a woman joins my team and truly commits, the life shift I desire for her is very clear in my heart.

I want her to be able to say yes to the things that matter most for her and her family.

I want to help take some of the financial pressure off of her husband who may be working around the clock to provide.

I want her to feel a healthy sense of independence, knowing she has something that is hers outside of all the roles she faithfully manages every day.

And I want her to experience the deep confidence that comes the first time she helps a client genuinely feel better through clinically proven supplements paired with her own coaching expertise.

There is something powerful that happens when a hardworking woman realizes she doesn’t have to choose between impact, income, and being present for her family. With the right systems, the right mentorship, and a business model that rewards consistency and service, she can grow something meaningful without losing herself in the process.

The woman I’m called to build with is not looking for easy. She is looking for purposeful. She wants to use her gifts fully, steward her time wisely, and create a life that reflects both her faith and her calling to help others live well.

She may already be leading in quiet ways that few people notice. But when she is given a clear path, strong mentorship, and the confidence to believe that her work can expand far beyond what she is currently doing, everything begins to shift.

That is the woman I’m building with.

If you read this and quietly thought, “this sounds like me,”
I want you to know that I see you.

You may already be leading more than you realize. You may just need the right structure, support, and confidence to expand what you’re already building.
